We kick things off by mapping out your inner group chat. Who’s the loudmouth? Who’s the overthinker? Who’s keeping you stuck in old loops? You’ll finally see the patterns clearly, instead of just feeling hijacked by them.

WEEK TWO
WHO’S RUNNING THE SHOW?
Now we get real about leadership. Which member of your group chat has been holding the mic: shame, guilt, the critic? And which voice do you actually want leading? You’ll learn how to spot the power plays and start shifting the conversation in your favor.

Week THREE
RESET & REDIRECT
Here is where the reset happens. You’ll practice strategies to quiet the noise, redirect the chatter, and give your confident post-op self the leadership it has earned. Think less “default mode” and more “new attitude and new group thread”.

We’ll also meet once a week for a group session to unpack the chatter together and get real-time feedback.
